Information overload, social pressure, and hyperconnectivity have created an environment in which mental health is constantly challenged. However, art and animation have emerged as powerful tools to shed light on this reality and raise awareness of the importance of emotional well-being.
At the same time, although technology is often criticized for fostering isolation, it also provides innovative tools that enrich creative processes and make it possible to create deeper, more meaningful works. While it can contribute to loneliness, technology also expands creative possibilities and strengthens the connection between artists and audiences. In this balance between art and technology lies an opportunity to raise awareness and, ultimately, promote mental well-being through visual expression.
Although the short film explores the subject of artificial intelligence, it was created entirely using analog techniques in order to achieve a more visually appealing and organic animation.
